ORDERING INFO


NAVIGATION: Use the links in the blue strip above to move between different sections of the webshop catalog.

ONLINE ORDERING: We recommend PayPal for paying with credit cards or even from a bank account. For those who want to more conveniently use a credit card without setting up a PayPal account, you may use the CCNow option. Prices via CCNow are 10% higher to reflect the fees they charge for such convenience.

IN STOCK?: Usually if the webshop lets you order it, it is in stock!! (unless in the rare case that two people order the same last-in-stock item on the same day).

 SHIPPING RATES: To simplify things shipping rate are AUTOMATICALLY added by PayPal and CCNow. PayPal will add a $3.50 flat shipping charge for all orders (yes, you can order as many items as you want and still pay only $3.50 shipping!). CCNow's calculations are more complicated and slightly more costly (but convenient!). International customers will still need to add on additional postage for PayPal orders (for now it's best to contact us for details on how to resolve international shipping).

SPEED: We usually send out within a week, and will note here if we take a vacation (ON VACATION UNTIL DEC. 27, 2007). For U.S. orders we often send USPS First Class, but with heavier packages we send USPS Media Mail to keep shipping rates low. If either of these methods are too slow please add on USPS Priority Shipping costs (see appropriate link at the bottom of each catalog section). All interational orders are sent air mail.

 INSURANCE: Although it is rare (1% chance?), the postal service may lose your package. If you are worried about such events you may purchase insurance for your order (see appropriate link at the bottom of each catalog section). This is especially recommended for large orders.

SNAIL MAIL ORDERING: We still accept well hidden cash, and checks or money orders made out to "Mary Smith." If you go this route we suggest you click on the PayPal links to tally up your total (or do it in your head if you're really smart).
